What’s the role?Senior Housekeeping Supervisor<h2> </h2>Where will you be working?Our housekeeping team looks after our bedrooms, public areas including our restaurants and bars, our members areas, spa, and laundry and uniform facilities. Salary of £36,500 per year (including service charge), after successful completion of 90-day objectives

Housekeeping Spa Attendant

Estimated yearly earnings of £30,368 - hourly pay of £14.60 including service charge, based on a 40 hour working week

Room Attendant

Estimated yearly pay of £30,888 - £15.60 per hour including service

The Ned Doha

Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool. Job Purpose:The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping Department by coordinating daily operations, ensuring effective communication between teams, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role acts as a key link between housekeeping operations and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room status updates</li><li>Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate housekeeping reports and schedules</li><li>Act as a central communication point between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry</li><li>Monitor task allocations and follow up on completion to ensure service standards are met</li><li>Assist with administrative duties including attendance records, leave tracking, and documentation</li><li>Handle guest requests and special requirements promptly and professionally</li><li>Support supervisors with inventory tracking, requisitions, and linen control</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in managing last-minute changes, priorities, and operational challenges</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination during high-occupancy periods and special events</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role</li><li>Previous experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator or Public Area Supervisor is an advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required</li><li>Familiarity with hotel systems and reporting tools (Opera, HotSOS, or similar) is an advantage</li><li>Professional appearance with a strong guest-focused mindset</li></ul> What’s In It for you?<ul><li>One of the most iconic place to be and work</li><li>Amazing learning and development program</li><li>Discounted rates at The Ned Doha</li><li>Fantastic career growth opportunities</li></ul> At The NED, we don&#39;t just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
