Based in the thick of the action on our dynamic ground floor, as the Head Concierge you will be the key to unlocking the best of London for our visitors, ensuring every stay is exceptional and memorable. What’s the role?Head Concierge About The Ned:The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms. As a the leader of our concierge team you will:<ul><li>Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance - commercial, operational, customer, and team</li><li>Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.</li><li>Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned’s services and amenities.</li></ul> What The Ned can give you: <ul><li>Salary of up to £46,200 (including service) depending on experience</li><li>Enhanced parental leave, company sick pay and pension</li><li>Complimentary meals in our friendly team restaurant, Neddy’s, including monthly payday breakfast</li><li>Exciting learning and development programmes to help progress your career</li><li>Exclusive rates at The Ned for staying and eating for you, your family and friends</li><li>Wellbeing and health benefits, including Stream and Benefit Bank - our exclusive platform with access to hundreds of gym, shopping, and cinema discounts</li><li>Your birthday off after a year of service and more holiday after five years</li><li>Paid volunteer day</li><li>Regular social events, including an annual pool party</li><li>Employee assistance programme – 24/7 advice and support</li><li>Reward and recognition initiatives</li></ul> What you can bring to the role: <ul><li>Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential, ideally within a similar environment</li><li>Membership of Les Clefs D’Or</li><li>A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role</li><li>Multilingual skills will be beneficial, but are not essential</li><li>Our concierge team are a constant presence in the heart of the ground floor, so you’ll obviously have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality</li><li>Our ground floor is host to live music every day and multiple bars and restaurants.
