The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to be opening a Ned’s Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location. Ned’s Club Washington is our first Club only property, with access exclusive to our global members.

Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW.
The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-store building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.
The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.
Reporting to the Head of Membership you will:
- Support the Membership Development team in achieving monthly membership acquisition goals.
- Schedule Club tours, oversee follow-up and provide a personalized experience for prospective applicants and members throughout the process, in addition to giving tours as needed.
- Manage prospective member and member correspondence through case log in Salesforce, ensuring communications are polished, timely, personalized and reflective of the Ned’s Club experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and membership information in Salesforce and other tracking mechanisms including activity, follow-ups, applications and next steps.
- Maintain and update Weekly Membership Activity and Global Communications reports, ensuring information is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Support the planning and execution of membership acquisition events, including Membership Committee dinners, by managing invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, BEOs, attendance and follow-up.
- Coordinate the Membership Development calendar and key priorities, ensuring the team remains aligned and prepared for upcoming events, deadlines and initiatives.
- Maintain, update and as needed create, pitch decks, SOPs and other departmental documents.
- Assist in developing relationships with local businesses, organizations, cultural institutions and other community partners that can contribute to the value of the Club and its membership.
- Represent Ned’s Club at select events and networking opportunities that support membership development and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with Membership, Private Events, Food & Beverage and other Club teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective and existing members.
- Exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and professional information, particularly when working with high-profile prospective and existing members.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support the broader goals and priorities of the Membership Development department.
- Travel as required for Club business, including events and networking opportunities.

- Impeccable relationship building skills allowing you to generate new membership and build loyalty and retention in our Ned’s Club membership community
- A commercial mindset, always with your finger on the pulse of market trends and competition, and using data to evaluate performance and inform strategy
- This is a target driven role, so you’ll have sales or business development background
- You will be strategic and results driven, with an analytical brain to deliver the reporting required
- You bring a proactive and responsive approach and can comfortably cope in a fast-paced environment
