The Role:
The Content Creator & Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating & developing high‑quality visual content that reflects The Ned Doha’s brand standards and supports our marketing, PR, digital, and commercial strategies. This role will ensure consistency across all communication channels and contribute to driving engagement, brand visibility, and revenue across rooms, F&B, events, and membership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Produce engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and all digital platforms.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for ongoing campaigns and brand needs.
- Develop creative concepts for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new initiatives.
- Design marketing collateral including menus, brochures, posters, digital banners, and in‑house branding materials.
- Maintain and update brand assets while ensuring all materials are aligned with The Ned’s visual identity and standards.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and event assets.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create content tailored for specific target audiences.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars and digital marketing activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of content based on business priorities and campaign schedules.
- Liaise with external suppliers (photographers, printers, agencies) as needed.
- Organize media assets, maintain the content library, and ensure materials are well catalogued.
- Provide support for events, activations, and photo/video shoots.
About You:
- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation (hospitality or lifestyle experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage
- A strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Passion for luxury hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle branding
