Job Purpose:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Barista to join our luxury hotel team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, guest experience, and delivering exceptional service in an elegant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standards.
Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations.
Handle cash, POS systems, and inventory monitoring.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, blends, and brewing methods.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, café, or high-end restaurant.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules.
Barista certification or specialty coffee training is an advantage.
