The Role

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food preparation zones. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring all kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and sanitized, in compliance with health and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area.
• Support kitchen operations by keeping workstations and surfaces hygienic and ready for use.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with the receipt and storage of kitchen supplies when needed.
