Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Welfare & Engagement activities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave balances, and personnel files
- Support benefits administration (health insurance, annual leave, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and contracts as needed
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries from team mebers in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling payroll systems and HR software (e.g., Oasys, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
