The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and charismatic Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead the team and bring the true essence of Levantine hospitality to life.

Hadika at The Ned Doha is a vibrant Levantine restaurant celebrating the rich flavours, warm hospitality, and lively spirit of the Eastern Mediterranean. From generous sharing dishes to soulful music and heartfelt service, Hadika is a place where guests feel at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver warm, personalized, and seamless guest experiences
• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a hands-on and proactive approach
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure service excellence at every touchpoint
• Manage team scheduling, training, and performance development
• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to maintain high quality and consistency

About You:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
• Fluent Arabic speaker (essential) with excellent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of Levantine cuisine and dining culture
• A natural host with a warm, engaging personality
• Solid financial and operational management skills
• Experience in the Middle East hospitality market is highly preferred
