The Role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate IRD (In-Room Dining) Manager to join our team. If you are a natural leader who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and thriving in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Create exceptional and personalized dining experiences for our guests
• Inspire, coach, and develop the IRD team to deliver outstanding service standards
• Ensure service quality, presentation, and attention to detail consistently exceed guest expectations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
• Monitor operational costs, productivity, and departmental budgets
• Work closely with Culinary, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively create service recovery opportunities
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and luxury service standards at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in In-Room Dining or Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and room service operations
• A passionate leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
