The Role:
At Ned's Club, every detail matters. As the exclusive members' club within The Ned Doha, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable dining and social experiences through warm, genuine hospitality and impeccable service.
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of Ned's Club, lead a high-performing team, and ensure every member and guest enjoys a seamless, personalized experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Ned's Club.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Build meaningful relationships with members, ensuring every visit feels personal and memorable.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Handle guest and member feedback with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in managing staffing, training, scheduling, and performance to foster a positive team culture.
- Contribute to achieving financial and operational goals through effective leadership and commercial awareness.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, private members' club, or high-end restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence in building lasting relationships with members and guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
