The Role:

The Ned Doha is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Barista who is passionate about both specialty coffee and exceptional beverages. Whether you're crafting the perfect espresso, shaking a signature cocktail, or creating genuine connections with guests, you'll play an important role in delivering the outstanding hospitality that defines The Ned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas and other premium beverages to the highest standards.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service that creates memorable guest experiences.
• Share your knowledge of coffee, beverages, and menu offerings, making recommendations tailored to guests' preferences.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
• Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café, or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
