The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee the daily operations of all rooms-related departments within the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the management in achieving operational and financial objectives across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Wellness.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Wellness departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Support the implementation of strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, guide, and support department supervisors and team leaders to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive measures to address concerns and improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotions, packages, and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all rooms division functions.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Rooms Division of a hotel.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping functions.
  • Good understanding of revenue management principles is an advantage.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
