Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Bartender to deliver world-class beverage experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to the highest standards.
Provide personalized and engaging guest service, ensuring an exceptional bar experience.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
Create and recommend signature drinks in line with the hotel’s concept and guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash and inventory controls.
Collaborate with the F&B and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury bar.
Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and beverage trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
Attention to detail with a professional and polished appearance.
Certification in bartending or beverage service is an advantage.
