Job Purpose:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our diverse dining, bar, and banqueting operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, guest-focused professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality and lifestyle dining concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and banqueting
- Drive exceptional guest experiences in line with The Ned brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop F&B leadership teams, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Collaborate with Culinary leadership on menu development, concept innovation, and quality consistency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop promotions and enhance outlet visibility
- Act as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to overall hotel strategy
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Proven experience as Director of Food & Beverage or in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel brand
- Strong operational expertise across multi-outlet F&B environments
- Commercially driven with excellent financial and analytical skills
- Inspirational leader with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for food, beverage, service excellence, and guest engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile luxury setting
