Where will you be working?

Ned's Club Spa features eight beautiful treatment rooms, sauna, steam room & 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool. With a range of treatments and services available, with professional products, Ned's Club Spa is a one stop shop for total head to toe maintenance.

What will you be doing?

• As the smiling face that greets every member and guest to our Club Spa spaces, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
• This can be a high-pressure role where you'll often be covering the reception desk alone, so a calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive is extremely valuable
• In our Spa Club spaces, you may be looking after high-profile people who value their privacy, so a degree of confidentiality is non-negotiable
• You will have acquired Computer skills with Word and Excel, in order to carry out daily spa reception duties and responsibilities. Skills in Opera and Book4Time or similar are an advantage,
• You will be confident in building relationships with members and clients and recommending products as this is one of the main responsibilities
• You'll be comfortable standing at the Spa reception desk for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Work shifts are on a full-time basis across five days of any week, including weekends. Shifts vary between a 6 am start and 10 pm finish on weekdays and a 7 am start and 8 pm finish on weekends
