Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool. Job Purpose:The In-Room Dining Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the room service department. This role ensures prompt, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage delivery to guest rooms, maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all aspects of the in-room dining service, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.</li><li>Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded, aligning with the hotel’s luxury standards.</li><li>Collaborate with culinary and F&amp;B teams to ensure menu accuracy, timely service, and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize departmental profitability.</li><li>Train and mentor team members on proper service etiquette, food safety, and hygiene protocols.</li><li>Develop innovative service offerings and promotions to enhance the in-room dining experience.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proven experience in food &amp; beverage management, preferably in room service or luxury hospitality.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems, room service procedures, and food safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.</li></ul> What’s In It for you?<ul><li>One of the most iconic place to be and work</li><li>Amazing learning and development program</li><li>Discounted rates at The Ned Doha</li><li>Fantastic career growth opportunities</li></ul> At The NED, we don&#39;t just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
