Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool. Job Purpose:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for food and beverage, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet.</li><li>Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.</li><li>Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety standards, and overall guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the highest quality standards.</li><li>Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and training of staff.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations between the kitchen and dining area.</li><li>Implement promotional activities and help achieve sales targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exceptional guest service focus and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Experience in restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff training.</li><li>A passion for food, wine, and providing an unforgettable dining experience.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li></ul> What’s In It for you?<ul><li>One of the most iconic place to be and work</li><li>Amazing learning and development program</li><li>Discounted rates at The Ned Doha</li><li>Fantastic career growth opportunities</li></ul> At The NED, we don&#39;t just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
