The Role:We are currently looking for a Back of House Attendant to join our Team Members&#39; Cafeteria team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, outgoing, and service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping create a welcoming experience for colleagues every day. What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Support the daily operations of the Team Members&#39; Cafeteria, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.</li><li>Assist with food and beverage service for team members during meal periods.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the cafeteria and surrounding areas.</li><li>Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are properly set up and maintained.</li><li>Provide friendly and professional assistance to colleagues, responding to their requests and inquiries.</li><li>Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory control as required.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition events, and team member initiatives.</li><li>Help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall team member experience.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the People &amp; Culture and Culinary Cafeteria teams on colleague-focused events and activities.</li></ul> What we’re looking for:<ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality, food service, staff dining, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.</li><li>A warm, outgoing, and approachable personality.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Passion for creating positive experiences and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.</li></ul> What’s In It for You?<ul><li>Tax-free annual salary of QAR 21,600</li><li>Company-provided accommodation and transportation</li><li>21 calendar days annual leave and 11 paid public holidays</li><li>Sick leave benefits as per Qatar Labour Law</li><li>Private Medical Insurance for self</li><li>End of Service benefits</li><li>Complimentary meals at Neddy’s, our team restaurant (breakfast, lunch &amp; dinner)</li><li>Exclusive hotel and dining rates for you, your family, and friends</li><li>Outstanding learning, development, and career progression opportunities</li><li>Reward and recognition programmes</li><li>The opportunity to work in one of Doha’s most iconic lifestyle destinations</li></ul> Our CultureAt The Ned Doha, we go beyond celebrating diversity—we continuously challenge ourselves to be better.
