About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting into the Head Concierge and as a key part of our hotel team you will:
- Be the first point of contact for guest queries, helping them to plan and book the perfect itineraries for their visit
- Have exceptional knowledge and passion for all that The Ned has to offer, so you can make thoughtful and genuine recommendations
- Liaise with all departments in The Ned to assist our guests in getting the reservations they need to make their stay memorable
- Keep yourself up to date with the best that London has to offer, recommending and booking the best experiences for our guests, and securing behind the scenes tickets for an exceptional time
- Collaborate with and support the door people and luggage porters as they assist our hotel guests with arrivals and departures
- Build rapport with regular guests over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience
What you can bring to the role:
- As the first point of contact for guests eager to plan the perfect experience, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
- All round knowledge of what London has to offer is essential to excel in this role, allowing you to plan memorable days out perfect for each guest
- This role will always be highly visible on the ground floor, so a high standard of personal presentation and a welcoming vibe is non-negotiable
- We’d like it if you had a membership of Les Clefs d’Or, but it is not essential
