Events Sales Executive
Who we are…
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting into the Groups & Events management team you will:
- Maintain customer relationships and use your excellent skills to secure business and conversions
- Conduct show arounds to pre-booked and walk-in clients, so they can see what we have to offer
- Prepare proposals, use acquired sales skills to convert booking requests into confirmed events and prepare contractual agreements
- Work in partnership with the Events Planning team and proactive Groups Sales team to make sure our event spaces are always busy with new events
What you can bring to the role:
- Rapport building skills are essential for working in our events sales team; every guest is a loyal client or potential new client, so every interaction is crucial
- You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our clients to give them an exceptional service
- You’ll have great all-round knowledge and a knack of converting enquiries into confirmed business
