Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.


Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving business within the Qatar corporate market segment, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall commercial success of The Ned Doha.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar corporate market to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, grow, and manage strong client relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum three years’ sales experience in Qatar, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proven track record in the corporate segment of the Qatar market.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
