Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.


Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality, personalized spa treatments and exceptional guest service in a serene and luxurious environment. The Spa Therapist is responsible for ensuring each guest experiences the highest standard of care, relaxation, and wellness through expert knowledge, professional conduct, and attention to detail. This role supports the hotel’s commitment to offering a world-class wellness experience that reflects the brand’s luxury values and service excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of high-quality treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional level of guest service and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Recommend spa products and services to guests, enhancing their experience and promoting wellness.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and spa receptionists to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through regular training and development.



Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury spa or wellness environment.
  • Internationally recognized qualifications in massage and beauty therapy.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of treatments including aromatherapy, deep tissue, reflexology, and facials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional attitude and a warm, welcoming personality.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
