Responsibilities:
- Operate washing machines and dryers to clean linens, towels, and garments.
- Sort and fold clean laundry items.
- Inspect linens and garments for stains or damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laundry supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
