Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, and employee support.

Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave balances, and personnel files
Support benefits administration (health insurance, annual leave, etc.)
Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and contracts as needed
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Respond to internal HR-related inquiries from team mebers in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications & Competencies:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment
Experience handling payroll systems and HR software (e.g., Oasys, SAP, or similar)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
High attention to detail and confidentiality
