Where will you be working?


Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.


What will you be doing?

  • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Lead and support your team during shifts, coordinating with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping teams, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to maintain consistent service excellence.
  • Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly, providing a seamless guest experience.
