As a Housekeeping Co-ordinator you will play an integral role in ensuring our housekeeping operations run smoothly, providing a seamless experience for our guests and Ned's Club members.

Where will you be working?
Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
What will you be doing?
- A natural at admin and coordinator, you’re responsible for maintaining our daily procedures to ensure an efficient and high-quality housekeeping service to the building
- You’ll be the mastermind behind allocating rooms, guaranteeing each guestroom is assigned seamlessly and efficiently.
- You excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and focus.
- You will have a solid understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Be the friendly and professional voice on the other end of the line, handling calls with ease
- Working patterns are 7am to 3.30pm and 2.30pm to 11pm and are assigned on rotation.
