Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.


Job Purpose:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting food and beverage operations?

We are seeking an enthusiastic F&B Executive to join our team and ensure seamless administrative support for our F&B department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the F&B department, including scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and reservations for dining facilities and private functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of F&B transactions, expenses, and budgetary information.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to F&B operations.
  • Support procurement activities by liaising with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in F&B areas.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by management.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with F&B management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus.
