To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role, and, as a minimum requirement, have:

• Five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths, or equivalent, or

• Relevant work experience

What will you be doing?

Diving into cross-training with different operational departments, giving you a chance to learn and experience multiple areas of the hotel – the perfect way to understand how everything works together.
Kicking off with hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of various Finance functions, plus the exciting chance to collaborate with our Purchasing team.
Taking the lead on a personal project that drives improvements, enhances efficiencies, and lets you apply your technical and people skills to make a real difference.
Demonstrating your strong sense of confidentiality while always representing the Finance team in a positive and professional way.
