Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Ensure the security of the company’s IT systems, including data protection and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage IT budgets, including cost management and allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor management and negotiation for IT services and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Manager in luxury or similar role in in GCC.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of IT security practices and regulations.
