Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.


Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring it remains a sanctuary of relaxation and wellness for our guests. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and support staff, creating a memorable experience for guests, managing spa treatments and services, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of spa professionals, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Oversee guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement spa menus, seasonal treatments, and wellness packages that align with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Ensure that all spa services and treatments are performed according to industry best practices and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Track spa financials, including revenue, expenses, and budgets, and work with hotel management to achieve financial targets.
  • Create marketing strategies to promote spa services, working with the hotel’s marketing team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate new treatments or services to stay competitive.



Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior role in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
  • A deep knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness trends, and customer service excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and inventories.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and providing guests with an exceptional experience.
  • Certification in spa management or a related field (desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with spa management software is a plus.
