Job Purpose:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa treatments and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of professional massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services in accordance with spa protocols.
- Provide customized services tailored to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate treatments based on their specific needs, and offer advice on aftercare.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and products used for guests’ reference.
- Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests to enhance their wellness experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow all hotel and spa policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Preferably Male
- Professional certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Knowledge of a wide range of treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, facials, and body wraps.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for wellness and providing a superior guest experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in a spa setting.
